I was born in Arta, in Northwest Greece, in 1966.After high school I studied and worked enough years, at first in the food and hotel services and after in the Dramatic school, in the stagecraft.
In 1994 I found myself at Petros Kouropoulos’s Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong and «Quiet Sitting» practice area, where I remained for several years as a regular practitioner.
The journey of Qi Gong brought me in 2004 to the newly established at that time, Academy of Ancient Greek & Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I was taught, among other things, Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Nutrition.
In 2006 I started practicing acupuncture professionally at the Academy of Ancient Greek & Traditional Chinese Medicine and at the same time I started researching herbal medicine and combining it with acupuncture.
Since 2008, I started to study officially in China, at Tianjin University of TCM at the postgraduate level and in 2012 I completed the studies at the Master level in Medicine of Acupuncture. At the same time and in the following years in China, I attended specialty research courses at the Beijing Institute of Apitherapy, on the topic of combining the Traditional Chinese Medicine with the herbs of the Bee, with clinical practice at the Institute’s community clinic and also Clinical Herbal Therapy at Wangjing Hospital of Beijing. With fatherhood coming after my previous period studying in China, my youthful loves of comics and modeling have been rekindled, which I have the utmost pleasure in regularly practicing with my son now.
